According to the PACE Charter, this is subject to discussion at a Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs meeting.
The spring session of the Council of Europe started on April 22. It will not discuss Ukraine this time.

Meanwhile, European MPs discussed the powers of Ukrainian delegation more than once in the previous sessions. Reasons for this included disproportionate representation of the government and opposition in the delegation and MPs switching factions. Yet, not once did this peak in the suspension of powers.
On March 6, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine stripped Vlasenko of his MP mandate. The official ground was the fact that he combined his MP activities with that of Tymoshenko’s lawyer.
Foreign politicians and experts believe that this decision pushes Ukraine farther from EU Association.
